EaseInvoice is designed to work with minimal data collection and without requiring user accounts.

- Invoice Data: Invoice details you enter such as client name, invoice number, line items, amounts, currency, and payment status
- Client Information: Client details entered by you for invoicing purposes (such as name and contact details), stored locally on your device
- Usage Data: Basic app usage information related to feature use, stored locally on your device
- Purchase Information: In-app purchase details handled entirely by Apple
We do not collect personal information such as your email address, phone number, or location unless you explicitly include it in an invoice.

- Invoice and client data are used only to create, manage, and export invoices
- Invoice history and client information are stored locally on your device
- Usage data is used solely to ensure proper app functionality and improve user experience
- All purchases and payments are processed and managed by Apple
EaseInvoice does not analyze or use your data for advertising or profiling purposes.
