• Apple handles all subscription and purchase data directly

• Replicate: Photos are sent to Replicate's API for processing (subject to Replicate's privacy policy)
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not store your photos on our servers

4. Data Retention

• Photos are processed in real-time and not retained by us
• Credit history and restoration results are stored locally on your device only

5. Your Rights

• Delete all app data by uninstalling the app. No data is held with us.

6. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
