1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Mend AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Mend AI is an AI-powered photo enhancement application that offers various image processing features including but not limited to: professional headshot generation, photo colorization, image restoration, background enhancement, baby face maker and other AI-driven photo transformations.

3. Credit System & Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Credits

• New users may/may not receive complimentary credits to try the service.

3.2 Premium Subscriptions

We offer the subscription options, details of which will be visible in the paywall.

Credits are added at the start of each billing cycle. All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

3.3 Credit Usage

Each photo enhancement or generation consumes credits. Credit costs may vary by feature and are displayed before processing. The App will notify you of insufficient credits before any operation.

4. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods or unused credits
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• Unused credits remain available even after your subscription ends
