1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Whiskr Scan ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Whiskr Scan is a cat breed identification app that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos of cats and provide breed information, personality traits, and care tips.

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Free Tier

• 1 free cat scan

3.2 Premium Subscription

We offer the following subscription options:

• Weekly: Billed weekly
• Monthly: Billed monthly
• Yearly: Billed annually (best value)

All subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.

3.3 Fair Use Policy

To ensure service quality for all users, premium subscribers are subject to a fair use limit of 100 scans per week. This limit resets every Monday at midnight. We reserve the right to modify this limit with reasonable notice.

4. Billing & Cancellation

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
