1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using Woo (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of ServiceNot Woo is an AI-powered conversation assistant that helps users craft responses. The App allows users to:

   • Upload screenshots of conversations
   • Generate AI-suggested replies based on selected tone/vibe
   • Copy and use generated replies
   • View reply history

3. Subscription & Billing

   3.1 Subscription Plans Woo offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

   • Weekly subscription
   • Monthly subscription
   • Yearly subscription

   3.2 Free Trial New users may receive a limited number of free generations before a subscription is required.

   3.3 Payment & Renewal

   • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
   • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
   • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
   • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings

   3.4 Refunds Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

4. User Responsibilities You agree to:

   • Use the App only for its intended purpose of generating conversation replies
   • Not upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' privacy
   • Not use generated content for harassment, spam, or malicious purposes
   • Not attempt to bypass security features, rate limits, or modify the App
   • Not reverse engineer, decompile, or distribute the App
   • Be solely responsible for how you use the generated replies

5. AI-Generated Content

   5.1 No Guarantee AI-generated replies are suggestions only. We do not guarantee that generated content will be appropriate, accurate, or effective for your specific situation.

   5.2 Your Responsibility You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any generated content. The App is a tool to assist you, not a replacement for your own judgment.

   5.3 No Relationship Advice Woo is not a dating coach, therapist, or relationship advisor. Generated replies should not be considered professional advice.

6. Intellectual Property All content, features, trademarks, and functionality within the App are owned by Swapnil Jain and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

   We do not warrant that:

   • The App will meet your specific requirements
   • Generated replies will achieve desired outcomes
   • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free

8. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swapnil Jain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to:

   • Outcomes of conversations where generated replies were used
   • Relationship outcomes or interpersonal disputes
   • Any damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated content
   • Service interruptions or data loss

9. Termination We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
